Ronda Sharp
Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, I quickly determined that the programming field was not giving me the drive and passion that I desired so I pursued my first passion - teaching. I taught computer courses at the collegiate level for about 5 years and owned my own computer training business until my son (pictured in other photos) was born. I became a stay at home mom for a while until he got older and went back to the workforce training new hires at a local business. Clearly I love teaching but the last job reminded me that there was more that I could do.
That's when I ran across a book on property wholesaling. This was very interesting and new to me. I researched the topic extensively and decided that it was easy and lucrative enough for me to pursue it. I went from wholesaling to purchasing investment property to successfully flipping houses since 2015. I truly love what I do and want to share with you the wealth of knowledge that I have gained over the years!
